Common questions

A download stalls or will not finish — check that you have space for the guide, then start it again; downloads resume rather than restart.
Audio will not play offline — the guide has to be downloaded before you lose connection. Museum buildings are often the worst place to discover this.
You want your account removed — see Delete Your Account; it takes under a minute and needs no email from us.
