Delete Your Account

How to delete your account (instant)

Open Listen Art → Account tab → Delete account permanently. Confirm the warning and your account is deleted immediately.

If you no longer have the app installed, reinstall it, sign in with the same Apple or Google account, and delete your account from the Account tab — it takes under a minute.

What gets deleted

• Your account (name, email address)
• Your user ID, device records and sign-in sessions
• Your guide access records and download history

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Anonymous, non-identifying technical logs may be retained briefly for security purposes and then expire. Downloaded audio files on your device are removed by the in-app deletion, or you can delete the app to remove them.
